RUBBER COMPOUNDS
We offer rubber compounds designed for the use in tires, conveyor belts, shock absorbers, mats, wipers and other technical articles.
Our portfolio includes production and logistics of bespoke rubber compounds:
- prepared according to the Customer’s recipe;
- prepared according to recipes designed to meet specific Customer requirements.
As for rubber compound service, we take into account:
- retaining properties within the Customer’s limits;
- using entrusted or own raw materials;
- application of the compound as a ready-to-use mix;
- application of the compound as a masterbatch or semi-finished product;
- offering competitive prices;
- deliveries just-in-time to the Recipient.
COMPOUND DESIGNED FOR MRG
Possible applications: car floor mats, mudguards, car mud flaps, doormats, floor mats, rubber washers, anti-vibration mats, seals for water and air installations. End-use goods with complex shape are very welcome, as formulation has good flowability.
Components: non-staining SBR, fillers – chalk, carbon black.
Color: shiny, deep black.
